Software & Projects
Precision Plant Phenotyping, a web application that brings the plant-phenotyping data-analysis pipeline online, letting researchers and scientists run image extraction and analysis directly in the browser.
Built and deployed end to end (Vue.js, JavaScript, Python, REST API, Docker, Nginx, and AWS on Amazon EC2 with S3 storage). Live at
precisionplantphenotyping.com.
